1. Product Refunds

Eligible for Refund:

  • Damaged products on delivery
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Quality issues / stale products
  • Missing items in order

Not Eligible:

  • Consumed products
  • Custom cakes (after confirmation)
  • Products returned after 2 hours
  • Change of mind

2. Refund Process

  • Step 1: Report within 2 hours of delivery (call/email with photos)
  • Step 2: Verification within 24 hours
  • Step 3: Choose replacement or refund
  • Step 4: Refund processed in 3-5 business days
